Frequently Asked
Questions.
A liquidation pallet is a bulk lot of merchandise — customer returns, overstock, shelf pulls, or surplus — that retailers sell off at a steep discount instead of restocking. You buy the whole pallet at one wholesale price, typically a fraction of the estimated retail value.
Yes. We encourage local buyers to visit the Knoxville warehouse and see loads in person before buying. What you see is what you are buying.
Many of our loads are manifested, meaning you can review an itemized list before purchase. Manifest status is shown on every listing, and manifested loads have a downloadable manifest on the product page. Unmanifested and mystery loads are clearly labeled and sold as-is.
Yes. Because liquidation merchandise is sold as-is at wholesale pricing, all pallet and truckload sales are final. That is why we push manifests and in-person inspection so hard — we want you buying with confidence.
We can help arrange LTL and full-truckload freight nationwide on qualifying orders. Many buyers pick up locally in Knoxville; freight quotes are available through our wholesale team.
Absolutely — local pickup at our Knoxville warehouse is free. We will load your truck or trailer at the dock.
New loads arrive weekly. The best way to hear about fresh pallets and truckloads first is to join our drop alerts.
You do not need one to buy. If you are a reseller with a valid Tennessee resale certificate, bring it and we can process qualifying purchases tax-exempt.
Yes — full 24-pallet truckloads are a core part of our business, with estimated retail values that can exceed $250,000 depending on the load. See the Truckloads page or contact our wholesale team.
We accept major cards, ACH/bank transfer, and cash in person at the warehouse. Truckload purchases are typically invoiced with wire or ACH payment.
